If you are following the Fast Metabolism Diet or one of the Cleanse programs, you may substitute any food or ingredient with another item from the same category in the food list for that program. For example, if you are on the FMD, you can substitute a Phase 1 Vegetable Protein for any other Phase 1 Animal or Vegetable Protein.
In the Burn programs, if there is an ingredient in the soups, teas, smoothies or recipes for the Burn plan you are following, you can simply leave that ingredient out and, in its place, add an additional Burn success booster to your day; either food wise, natural therapy wise or in health practice.
