Many community members with PCOS have had success on the Fast Metabolism Diet. The H-Burn plan, found in Haylie's book "The Burn", can also be very beneficial for those experiencing PCOS. Haylie also recommends splitting the afternoon snack on Phase 3 of the FMD, eating half right before dinner or switching places between dinner and the afternoon snack.
